The Warehouse opened late September 2016 and has been an overwhelming success for our Client as a business.

The Warehouse space has been developed and purpose built to suit the needs of our Client as an offsite meeting venue.

Originally there were 5 bookable spaces but to meet demand in February 2018 The Workshop space was altered so it could be used more flexibly with up to 3 bookable spaces within that area.

There were a total of 114 bookings in April 2018 alone. Despite the modifications to The Workshop, The Warehouse continues to be utilised to capacity with large numbers of inquiries turned away on a daily basis. The ability to sub-divide The Workshop has assisted, but this increased capacity still does not meet demand.

The proposed scheme therefore provides additional large and small meeting spaces on a new mezzanine level with designated further break out space.
