The project involved the refurbishment of the Education and Computer Suite within North Middlesex University Hospital

The new works includes, but are not limited to new internal walls, new ceilings with new lights, new windows, new toilets, new internal doors, new floor coverings, new VRV heating and cooling system.

Design elements for the services installation consisted of the following: -

• Isolations and disconnections to existing cables to site boundary line
• Containment Systems for new cables
• Luminaires
• Lighting Installation
• Small Power Installation
• LV Distribution

Mechanical

• Removal and remodelling of existing heating
• new VRF system
• new ventilation
